Built in a durable material, this delightful structure is a simple way of creating outdoor living space in your home, without the upheaval of major building works.
At Horto Everyday Spaces, all our bespoke garden rooms are designed to fuse together a carefully selected blend of modern composite components and natural sustainable timbers to create a fully insulated all year round usable outdoor living space.
This garden retreat has been meticulously designed by our structural engineer. Foundation
Our most common foundation for your bespoke garden room, is a concrete mini pile with customised steel anchors – engineer designed to not only support the imposed weight, but also to ensure lateral restraint. However, there are occasions when ground conditions will not permit this system to be used and in its place we would use ground screws or a concrete raft foundation, also engineer designed.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css_animation=”fadeInRight” css=”” el_class=”spec-space”]
Floor & Walls
Traditionally constructed and fully insulated rigid structural wall & floor design. All our bespoke garden rooms are externally clad in high grade Thermowood or Western Red Cedar, a durable soft wood with a natural resistance to rot, fungal and insect damage. No maintenance is required to the Cedar unless you want to retain the rich variable colours. Roof
Our roof and wall cladding sheeting is manufactured on-site in York to your exact specifications, and always to the highest quality. We offer a fully insulated trapezoidal structural interlocking polyester coated metal panel roof system.

Windows & Doors
As standard, all windows and doors are double glazed PVCu, dark grey (anthracite) to the outside and white on the inside. All doors are fitted with a 5 point security Fullex Lock System and glazing is 4/20/4 Clear TUF Low e Super Spacer.
